Call for papers and guidelines for proposals
In-person presentations
You are invited to propose one of the following types of presentation: oral presentation, poster.Conference participants at registration for the conference indicate whether they wish to present and in what form. If you are interested in presenting at the conference indicate the type (lecture, poster) and session.
A completed Presentation Proposal Form must be submitted by September 30, 2013.

- Abstract (in book of abstracts before the conference; mandatory) -- Template

Papers will be published in a forthcoming (regular) issues of the JCEA, not in special isuue. Deadline for submission manuscripts, authors who want to publish in the JCEA before conference: May 31, 2013.
Manuscripts submitted to the JCEA (via JCEA online manuscript submission system) must be prepared in accordance with the guidelines for authors. (Article Template)
All proposals for presentation should be submitted by e-mail to the Organizing Committee as a file in DOC format.
Formal requirements
- Oral presentation: max. 15 min + discussion
- Poster (proposals): size A1, font type: Verdana / Tahoma; font style: title 32 / bold, subtitle 24 / bold, text 24 / normal; structure: Title (Subtitle), Authors, Affiliation, Contact, Keywords, Main text, References. Poster Template: POT (template) / PDF (formal example)
